Pearl Divers

Our affiliation with Pearl Divers Sri Lanka began when we came on board as PADI Course Directors while the centre was operating as a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort. Working closely with the team, we supported the centre through its transition to a PADI 5 Star IDC Centre, expanding its capabilities to include professional-level training and Instructor Development Courses.

Since then, our affiliation has continued, with Janhavi Deodhar and Mudasir Wajid conducting multiple PADI Instructor Development Courses at Pearl Divers in Unawatuna, Sri Lanka.

Through this ongoing collaboration, we have worked with aspiring dive professionals from different backgrounds, helping them progress from experienced divers and Divemasters into PADI Instructors and continue developing their professional careers.

A Continuing Professional Partnership

What began as an affiliation with a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort has grown into an ongoing professional partnership with a PADI 5 Star IDC Centre.

Our goal through this affiliation is not simply to conduct an IDC, but to create an environment where future instructors can develop the knowledge, teaching ability, confidence and professional mindset required to build a sustainable career in diving.

Our affiliation with Pearl Divers continues, with future IDCs and professional training opportunities in Sri Lanka forming part of our growing international operations.
